Introduction to Bread Class - Saturday 18th January 2025
The class is a hands-on workshop introducing the key principles of making & baking beautiful bread at home, including learning how to create and maintain your own sourdough starter, and using it to make and bake a version of our signature Breckenhill loaf.
You will also produce and work with a yeasted dough, learning some different handling and shaping techniques to produce a wide range and style of breads,
The day starts at 9:30am (until 4pm) and includes coffee by Established, light lunch and a Sourdough bread kit to help you get started at home.
Everything you need will be supplied, all we ask is for you to bring a bag to take home your fantastic breads.
This course will give you the information and confidence to bake great bread at home.
